The YWL conference is for high school girls and focuses on Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD). The conference features powerful keynotes, interactive breakout sessions, community and business leaders, and more. The conference is FREE to all participants. YWL teaches important skills needed to be successful in the workforce and ways to develop confidence and leadership potential.

This year’s event will feature keynote presenter Kate Gladdin. Motivational speaker Kate Gladdin is one of Australia’s Top 100 Women of Influence and travels the world helping people build the emotional resilience necessary to truly enjoy life! +An award-winning resilience expert, Kate provides powerful support through her keynotes, coaching, books, and podcast conversations. She’s on a mission to help people develop the skills to adapt and thrive in spite of the unpredictable challenges of modern times. Kate’s past traumas and hard-earned life lessons combined with her sparkling on-stage energy and unique Aussie accent create a personal development experience that people lean in for. Her proven approach to resilience shifts her audiences and private clients into a proactive mindset so they can feel fulfilled, confident, and joyful — even when faced with the occasional personal or professional setback.

Registration:

• Registration will open January 8, 2025.
  • We encourage students to register themselves individually.
  • Chaperones please register yourselves as well.
• Registration is first-come, first-served and limited to the first 500 students. Once we reach capacity we must close registration and will not be able to add additional registrants.
• Lunch will be provided and the cost is FREE.
• All attendees must have a signed waiver to attend the event. No one will be permitted to attend the event without a signed waiver.
