Young Women LEAD is on a mission to reach high school girls nationwide and change the narrative they tell themselves.
Our goal is to empower young women nationwide to be bold, fearless and lead with confidence by:
- Providing events that foster the leadership development and growth
- Building self-awareness and encouraging high self-esteem
- Providing role models through conversations and exposure to a diverse group of senior female executives and other successful women
- Offering curriculum and YWL Clubs for schools to support high school girls as they embrace their strengths and consider their future careers
In 15 years, we’ve held 65 events that have empowered 46,000 girls.
We’re not stopping there. We won’t rest until every girl sees her true worth.
