One of our core values is to support and lift high school girls from diverse backgrounds and experiences – regardless of where they live, their household income, or their GPAs – while encouraging them to reach beyond their goals and build their futures through educational opportunities.
Through the generosity of our partner colleges and universities who host our conferences year after year so that we can offer YWL events and resources free to all girls nationwide. Providing the opportunity for high school age girls to explore, network, and learn on their campuses, our university and college partners exemplify how the investment in oneself can build our career trajectories.
