Sally Schott
Founder/CEOSally Schott
Founder/CEOSally Schott is Founder/President of SOAR, a talent development company that collaborates with forward thinking global and Fortune 500 companies to optimize their talent pipeline and accelerate advancement. She is also CEO and President of the Board for Young Women LEAD, Inc., a non-profit she started to support high school girls nationwide to encourage and nurture their personal and leadership development. Her career experiences have given her the opportunity to now focus on what she is passionate about – assisting young women and minorities in business to accelerate their professional careers.
As President of SOAR, Sally is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and charting the course for growth. She is assisted by a team of dedicated professionals that each bring a special set of skills to their role in the company.
Prior to 2003, Sally was an executive college administrator. Other career roles have included founding a successful corporate event company, a protocol liaison for the US Government and marketing positions at Dow Chemical.
Sally is a Hokie from Virginia Tech. She has had opportunities to live overseas and travel extensively, which is her favorite activity. She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, and golf. A city girl who enjoys now living in the country in a historic home she and her husband restored, she is the mother of two daughters and “Mimi” to 5 grandchildren.

Executive DirectorKimberly Code, PhD is Executive Director for Young Women LEAD and a professor in the College of Education at Northern Kentucky University.
Dr. Code is passionate about empowering others to confidently pursue their dreams and reach beyond their potential. At NKU, she teaches courses in gifted and talented education, social studies, economic education, and educational foundations. Kimberly received the Frank Sinton Milburn Outstanding Professor Award (2021), the Faculty Excellence in Sustained Outreach and Public Engagement (2010) and the Faculty Excellence in Teaching (2007) awards from Northern Kentucky University as well as the Service and Advocacy Award from the Kentucky Association for Gifted Education (2018). Other activities have included editing and authoring the national award-winning, Entrepreneurs in Kentucky and Pathways to Home Ownership curriculum projects which lead to her induction into the Institute for Financial Literacy’s National Hall of Fame and recipient of the Freedoms Foundation’s Leavey Award for Excellence in Private Enterprise Education.
Kimberly has degrees from the University of Louisville (Ph.D.), Northern Kentucky University (M.Ed.), and Purdue University (B.A.).

Social Media and Teen Advisory Council DirectorMindy Clayton is the Social Media Director of Young Women LEAD and a Merchandise Planner at Walgreens. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's and a Master's of Business Administration. Prior to working for Young Women LEAD and Walgreens, she held finance and supply chain roles at Procter & Gamble and Allstate Insurance. In her free time she enjoys travelling, tennis, and reading.
Ozlem Eva Davis

Chief Financial OfficerOzlem Eva Davis is a Certified Public Accountant and she is Certified in Financial Forensics. Oz oversees Young Women LEAD’s accounting department and serves as our Chief Financial Officer. She is the owner of Peer House, LLC – an accounting services firm.
Oz is a summa cum laude graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. After several years in public accounting where she specialized in consulting services, she served as the controller of a natural resource company and a beverage distribution company.
Quality, excellence, and continuous process improvement form the foundation of her service philosophy.
