Young Women LEAD invites high school girls to attend this year’s in-person Young Women LEAD Conference hosted at Northern Kentucky University

The Young Women LEAD conference presented by Toyota at Northern Kentucky University is for high school girls in the greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky region. YWL focuses on Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD) empowering girls to be bold, confident leaders in their communities. The all-day conference features keynote presenters, interactive breakout sessions, and lunch. The conference is free to all participants with more than 800 students expected to attend.
After the keynote address, students choose between interactive discussion panels and breakout sessions. The sessions teach important skills needed to be successful in the workforce, encourage them to consider future careers in STEM, and provide them with tangible skills to develop their confidence and leadership potential.
